I replaced the WiFi module with a new ESP-12S and all is well. Thanks for the help!

Normally my download folder is tidy. Today I was looking for the last firmware I had before 2.03, after I upgraded and had some issues.
I am sure it was not the firmware, but I wanted to check.

I had DuetMastroFirmware.bin, DuetMastroFirmware(1).bin, DuetMastroFirmware(2).bin etc in my download folder.
I had to load each one to find out what version it was. Date and time was not an option either.

When I write code for switches, the filename is relevant for the switch, normally the switch name then date then version for that day.
ie CPLCore-210619v3.txt

First time I have rolled back to a previous version today, too many things going wrong!

The standard firmware update procedure since version 2.02 is to upload ONE ZIP FILE to your Duet. That zip file contains the main firmware, the WiFi firmware (if needed), and DWC.

If you wait until several major releases go past and then upgrade piecemeal, then of course you may get mismatches.

@tbs, thanks for confirming this. I will do a 2.03.1 release soon to include this fix, but I'll wait a few more days first in case any more bugs emerge in 2.03.

The D value for the bed heater (1.2 seconds) looks suspiciously low, although low values are not unusual if you are using a silicone heater with a built-in thermistor. I suggest you heat the bed to printing temperature, then watch the temperature carefully to see whether it is stable. If you see it oscillating regularly above and below the set temperature, try a larger D value such as 5. The other parameters look normal to me.

The G92 command should not be there at all. I suggest you remove it.

I confirm that M667 is still supported in RRF 2.03 except for the XYZ parameters.

Neither, if you are using a Z probe to home Z then you don't use a Z endstop (unless you also want a Z max endstop for any reason). You can free up the zstop input if you like using M574 Z0 P"nil".

Thanks. I wasn't aware that there were still issues with the GUI version of Bossa on certain monitors. I know there was an issue with version 1.8 on high dpi monitors, but I was told that version 1.9 fixed that.

if you can connect to http and get a 404 error you're missing Duet Web Control (DWC) files that should have been in the /www folder on your sd card.

But you can activate ftp and upload either the classic DWC or the 2.0 version to /www on your sd card.

@caveman A Delta doesn't have a x,y, and z, like a cartesian printer.
