@droftarts Tested this and works as expected. Just changed the 2K resistor to a 2.7K resistor to limit the overall current below 10mA. Thanks

@Jeronimo88 The configs the new tool generates contain the same gcodes as the old version, just in a slightly different order. There is a bit more use of variables to calculate I do need to update the wiki guide for using it, which is still based on the old version.

There was an error in the config tool recently, where G1 H2 moves were used in homing macros, which is incorrect for CoreXY. You may have just been unlucky to encounter this. It's fixed now, so you could generate a new set. Upload the 'configtool.json' to the configuration tool, and your settings should be imported, though any subsequent changes you have made to config.g and other files will be lost.

@Theboz1419 Great, glad you got it working. Generally, when posting for support, it's worth posting your config.g, the response to M122 (to see firmware version and hardware info), any relevant macros to the issue (eg homing macros if it's a homing issue), and then any relevant images of wiring. Not sure how you took a section that was specifically about a certain version of the BLTouch to mean your probe, but anyway...

This does not apply to other probes, eg BLTouch V3.0 and later, BIQU Microprobe, Creality CR Touch, which output 3.3V by default. Though be aware some can be changed to 5V output.

@andiwinter how do you cut the 24V power, and how do you restore it afterwards? If you cut and restore it using a relay in the VIN line then cutting the power should not cause an issue, however if you restore the power using that relay then there will be a large surge current to recharge the capacitors on the 6HC board. I have the Duet 3 mini wifi. I figure that was probably my answer to my question was to just group them up, and if I had my multimeter available I probably wouldn't need to ask the question, but I wanted to be sure or it was going to drive me crazy and I wouldn't get much sleep, lol.

@qlqlo most SSRs accept 3 to 32V on the control terminals. With a 6HC powered from 24V I suggest you use any three of the OUT pins to control your SSRs. Using IO_OUT pins might not work because although the voltage is 3.3V they have series resistors, so might not be able to provide sufficient current.

Checked that everything is updated to 3.5.1

Please update to 3.5.2. Also, to force a firmware update (make sure the SZP firmware binary is in the /firmware folder), power the system up while holding the 'CAN RESET' button down.

Inductive probes (NPN version rather than PNP, as it is easier to wire to Duet, see HERE) seem to have the largest range, for example here's some with 30mm range and available up to 50mm range, though they get quite chunky at this size. Not sure on accuracy either, without looking at lots of spec sheets!

I expect this is the main issue. The Duet expects inputs in the range 0 to 3.3V. Please provide a link to the water level sensor specification. your link seems to indicate that the new temp sensor is a K500 thermocouple, not a PT100. Are you saying you swapped it out?
