@genialePrutser If you are driving the hangprinter using a 6XD, you may get away with just leaving the D anchor motor disconnected. The main dev of the hangprinter kinematics thinks this would work. If you are using a 6HC or Mini5+, you may need to hook up a dummy motor for the extra D anchor to avoid "phase disconnected" warnings/errors.

PS: If you set the motor current for the D drive to less than 500mA, you should not get any "phase disconnected" warnings even if you leave it disconnected.

Assuming you mean setting RGB colours, then according to this - https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes_not_implemented
M420 isn't currently implemented but is planned to be.

The filaments list is universal.
You could run some conditional code to abort the change if the wrong tools was selected.

Also whether your running stand alone or SBC
Plus the results of M112 and M98 P"config.g"
You should not need to send M292 explicitly (and I don't see where you have)
I am not experiencing the same issue on my Duet 2 using RRF3.5b4 and the latest PanelDue firmware (not near the machine to check"

@osterac in 3.4.5 and earlier you can use any S parameter value of 10 or more. It's the ratio of X , Y and Z to S that matters. So your original command:

M556 S1 X0.0183381 ;Axis skew compensation

could be replaced by e.g.:

M556 S10 X0.183381 ;Axis skew compensation

or:

M556 S100 X1.83381 ;Axis skew compensation

In 3.4.6 stable of 3.5.x your original line should work.

@JRCL you need to use M950 to configure the port as a GPOUT port, then use M42 to control it.

The L298N accepts TTL-level input voltages, so it can be driven form 3.3V signals such as the exp.heaterN pins on the Duet 2 expansion connector. However, at reset these pins are all pulled high at startup by the internal pullup resistor in the microcontroller. So you should probably invert the pin name in the M950 command in order that when you send the MN950 commands, the output doesn.t change.

You may also want to drive the Enable input of the L298N from another output of the Duet. In this case you should not invert that output, but you should connect a pulldown resistor of about 4.7K between that output and ground so that the L298N remains disabled at power up.

@ziggymanpopo I am using the pt100 daughter board, dont recall having to code anything. I am using the hemera revo, thermister/heater combo. And now the revo high flow, they dont make a 60w 12v version, just 24v, so im stuck with 12v 40w, so slower prints eg 40mm/s with 1.0 nozzle.

After doing the PID, after the fourth try, it started to perform correctly. So as of now all is well, no need to persue it further, and the supplier is sending me a replacement heater, so should be ok for a while, a long while i hope.

@o_lampe The leakage is not a problem anymore. We use hydraulic fittings (material: titanium) for water and oil produced with SLS printers.
For a nozzle, the surface smoothness will be the biggest problem.

@ctilley79 you can't send parameters to start.g as it's executed before the gcode is

@ziggymanpopo, you might want to think about using a bi-metal anything. If you trip the thermal cutout switch you have a big problem somewhere and I wonder if it is a good idea to offer the user the possibility of just hitting the reset button.
