One item not yet mentioned there is that if you need to connect a PanelDue 2.0 or 3.0 to a Duet WiFi revision 1.01 or later or a Duet Ethernet, then you can use just the ribbon cable. This is an easy option if the PanelDue and the Duet are close together.

The 7.0E is an experimental build for a different type of 7" TFT panel that we are trying out. Do not use it on current production PanelDues.

The PanelDue PCB will have the version number on the back, either 2.0 or 3.0. But version 2.0 boards sold out several weeks ago, so you will receive a version 3.0 board. The means you need the build with -v3- in the name.

A low-res photo on the SD card could in principle be displayed on PanelDue.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "its expansion board". Please explain.

The link wire is only needed when using a very old PanelDue board. The version 3 board doesn't have a voltage selection jumper, it is set to 3.3V.

Maybe I read you wrong but, M83 is in my config.g file. Again the web interface works right with relative extrusion. PanelDue doesn't. I can go back and forth between web interface and panel due over and overbut paneldue is over extruding while web interface is just right. I assume it's realitive vs absolute.

Well, the issue is the flexible cable, and the touch screen it's responding good now. But I can't explain why it needs to be pressed against the TFT pcb for it to work.

To fix it, some kapton tape..

PS - also check that there is a jumper in the 3.3V position of the voltage selection jumper pins.

Actually I want to leave it like this but for everybody to visualize the difference of a little misconfiguration…
The (left) part with line numbers is correct, the other is as well just without carriage return and linefeed uploaded as one big line.
