Make sure that your nextio doesn't feed more than 3.3V into the receive port of the PanelDue connector.

I prefer to put the M587 SSID and Password command in a "SETNETWORK" macro which I write to the SD card using a PC, and then run the macro from PanelDue.

Auto-dim facility is not really necessary for me now, would rather prefer a "standby mode".

Thanks, I accepted that request. However, I left out 3 strings from the Spanish string table. I have now added them but they need translating.

You can put a T0 at then end of config.g, to avoid this, and other "no tool selected" behaviors.

You may or may not want this... for example, if you have multi extruders... anyway, it is one option.

Yes, see the link that Alex provided. For the 7.0 integrated version, use file PanelDue-v3-7.0i.bin from https://github.com/dc42/PanelDueFirmware/releases/tag/1.20.

If it's the version 3.0 PanelDue board, then the only way I can think of is to flash it with the wrong size firmware (e.g. the 5" firmware), start it up (which will cause it to delete the touch calibration when it detects the screen size change), then flash it with the correct firmware.

Problem has been solved. The problem was me. I did not have 3 check boxes checked in Bossa 1.8 that needed to be checked. I went back and re-read the instructions on DC42's blog and fixed my error. My PanelDue is now updated.

Just rearrange the plug wiring. The signal levels on RADDS are 3.3V AFAIK, but in any case Panel Due is 5V tolerant on the data pins.
