@Phospherus It's always hard to qualify mechanics from a video. The first impression is good, no visible backlash or springiness.

Would you use a direct drive extruder as toolhead or is it strictly Bowden-setup? How much does the head sag?

@shadi I believe this is caused by the same bug that I have just fixed for the issue reported at https://forum.duet3d.com/post/229256. The workaround is the same, i.e. send M669 with a T parameter (e.g. T0.2 to use the default segment length).

It's not intended to, but it would probably be OK if the fan current is low, e.g. 200mA or lower.
