@apak how are you powering the Duet and the Arduino? Where are the grounds connected together?My guess is that it is a ground noise issue.

@apak if its the same with bang bang then its not PWM related. What is the difference when the bed heater is on with bang bang and off?

Yes, then the two systems are on the same potential.

Looks to me that they are already connected, through the black wire between the Arduino and the Duet.

@dc42 actually there is one wire from 5vPSU GND to arduino and another from duet exp.gnd to arduino..
