Is there any way to set an output when the Z stepper motor is no longer energized

This might be able to be done with a conditional gcode statement in daemon.g and the object model to query motor state, but I'm not sure off the top of my head.

What is the intent?

Are you perhaps looking to de-energise a Z motor brake?
