No everything with the PSU is ok but I don't have my USB wired up to the board. maybe if I do it the VIN will increase but now with the 24V PSU i've got 16,5V on VIN (Webinterface). If I meassure on the VIN screws i have 24V.
And I checked the wires and everything is like the diagram told me it should be I don't know why the PanelDue 7i is taking that much power but now the M122 said also the power is good. I will have an eye on it. I hope that nothing will burn up.
But if this not normal I appreciate everyone who can solve this miracle! -
since 12.3/8.5 = 1.44 and 24/16.5 = 1.45 are the same ratio, it is possible that there is something wrong with the resistors of the divider that measures Vin.

and what could i do to fix that?
or do i have to send it back to the shop for a replacement?

You could measure Resistors 80,81 or 15,16 (I'm not sure which pair is used to measure) that are near the always on fans connectors and 5vEnable jumper on the side of the expansion header. There should be 2 of 4.7kOhm and 2 of 47kOhm.
Although as far as I know (could be wrong) not many things are affected considerably by having a wrong input voltage reading (power loss range, heater power voltage compensation,etc) so I wouldn't consider it a big deal, but if it is a resistor it would be easy to fix.

you should see Vin/11 more of less.
same here, I don't know which side is GND so you will see 0 in one of the points.edit2: I took the pictures from the internet so they may not match your board exactly, but it should be similar.

@genghisnico13 very nice from you but without the connected PanelDue 7i i get the 24V also in the interface.
Are this two resistors for powering the display? -
@aimrabbit No, they just lower the voltage to be measured by the microcontroller. if you get 24v in DWC(Web) of M122 without the PanelDue connected then there is no need to do what I told you.

Something odd is happening if connecting the PanelDue causes the VIN reading reported by DWC to drop. My best guess is that in the cable connecting PanelDue to the Duet, the Dout pin is shorted to the +5V pin. Or perhaps you are connecting the PanelDue cable to the wrong connector on the Duet?
Due to the risk of damaging the Duet, I recommend that you do not connect the PanelDue until you have resolved that.

I found the problem. It was the two jumpers which were on the second z step. After I removed them the web shows 24V and the PanelDue is also pluged in. Maybe there is some issue in the circuit. But now everything seems to be fine. fingers crossed
Edit: Not the two jumpers are the issue. It's the 10pin cable from the PanelDue if I connect it to the Duet 2 then the voltage drops. The other 4 pin cable have no effect on the voltage.
Edit 2: Oh man shame on me... I connected the 10pin cable to the conn_lcd because of his labeling but it should connect to the conn_sd. I'm so sorry.

so glad you got it sorted, sounds like your super lucky you didnt take any thing out, sounds like a dead short caused by the wrong connection was your issue

yeah luckily nothing got toasted and everything is fine. Homing, moving and endstops works very well. Now i must figure out to outher issues and if I'm done with everything I'll make a How to wire and configure the Tronxy X5S
I think that will help other people to get it run easier and prevent them to make the same mistake.Thanks everybody and shame myself for misreading the labeling.
Maybe a hint in the wiring diagram would be nice. Something like don't connect PanelDue to conn_lcd and on the conn_sd the hint that you can connect it there. I think that will help a lot of people.

I really love the duet. its working more and more. all your hints in this boards helps me to solve issue for issue and now to fix my last issue I need to buy a new 1A fuse because the one that is in is 100% dead. I can see a gap in the wire. If my first print will success (I am very confident) I'll write the how to for the tronxy x5s.

I'm getting this error message too. My Duet3 6HC shows 3.0V for V12, and 31.5V for Vin. What are the likely causes for this?
Status is "Off" and I can't move steppers.

@jrow ok, so I had 2x24v fans using a voltage step up converter on the 12v rail ... been working fine for a while. But after shutting down, during a travel move, this rail appears to have suffered. I unplugged the fans and V12 is back to 12.2v.

And after successfully moving, I plugged the fans back in, and V12 didn't dip. However, turning the machine off, then on again produces the same problem, and unplugging then plugging the fans in again resolves it.
