BLTouch on Duet 3 Expansion XD1

Is it possible to connect the bl touch to the xd1 expansion board, or is it not supported?

@phaedrux yes I mean the 1xd expansion board

@rabbit yes you should be able to use IO0 or IO2 to support a BLTouch because both support PWM on the output pin. It's probably never been tested, but it uses the same code as the tool board, which definitely supports BLTouch.
