rc10 comes with it too so you don't need the one from 3.0

Normally you upload that one first and then the Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin and the dwc will ask if you want to flash it. But for some reason I cannot upload the IAP file ?!?! DWC fails somehow, so I rename IAP file to xxx.xxx upload it (it uploads normally that way) then use DWC to rename it (right click/rename) in to original name directly on the duet, then upload Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin dwc will ask if you wanna flash, you click yes and voila you are upgraded

Found it. It was the dive height (H2.5) in M558, config.sys

M558 P1 H2.5 A2 R0.5 S0.02 F140 T8000 ; Set Z probe type to IR sensor, dive height........

This wasn't big enough. Strange however, previously, in 2.03 this was not a problem, even as the trigger height is 2.77 mm. Increased the value to 3.5 mm and now it works as it should.

Used this to solve my issue with my Predator upgrade. Set Z jerk to 1500 and poof, problem solved.

You can upload the previous 2.05.1 bin file and it should detect and install it.

The motor current should be 70-85% of the rated max for the motor.

@DavidHyper maybe here M581 and carefully look at your duet version. there are big differences in this command.

create file called trigger2.g and put there all you want.
assign this trigger to one of the pins
once you activate pin, than macro is executed.

@bearer You aked me if its a vodafone and its not, but in one of the post it says its an Arris router and mine is Arris too. I gues this freaking router has something that is not compatible. Just for starters i can't turn off dhcp nor update the router's firmware wich is BS. So i guess by now i'll just use it on AP mode until y buy a proper UNIFI Gear.

I suppose OP's issue is sorted but still adds noise for those who were following that thread. It also means you don't get a notification unless tagged or watching the topic. In general new problem = new topic is better.

But @Danal covered the Duet3 + Pi. Unless you already have a problem, or need to upgrade to the unstable (rightly named so) version, sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade or on two lines, does the job reliably.

Hello, it's a little hard to tell from that angle if the pads are properly bonded or not, but the fact that the card works in another Duet 3 is enough to convince us that the Duet 3 slot is likely the culprit and therefore warranty replacement is approved. Y20 would mean that your nozzle won't be able to reach the front edge of the bed. Is that an actual physical limitation?

I think the most recent versions (if there were even any changes, i'm not actually sure) can be found in the last 1.x version release. 1.21
