Excellent - Feel free to message if you need help with configuration - depending on the machine configuration you might need some custom configuration to make sure the probing directions are correct. For what it's worth v0.5.0 won't be out for a while as it's a pretty big change to the existing codebase.

@dc42 I don't plan to, I just need to calculate and adjust the rpm from a tick sensor on spindle start.
I use a biffy BLDC that transmit movement to an ER16 spindle through a set of GT2 pulleys.

@jay_s_uk Thanks for your reply. So, can you tell me which Boards need to be installed or which Duet3D products are needed to assemble the CNC robot?

@droftarts think i understand, im just in the process of routing the cables now so will post a pic up once i get to a point where i need some support into what goes where lol. I am using a duet 2 wifi i think

@NineMile one option would be to program an Arduino Micro or similar to count pulses received from the Duet and output a 40ms pulse on every e.g. 10th pulse received.

Thanks for the great advice. Hope to finish an ongoing project this weekend, then plan to update. Don't want to take any unnecessary chances, that might cause unexpected results.

Right, probably was included in the available libraries because time ago i was sperimenting with a teensy controller.

Having great success using LightBurn to create a path for fly-cutting a thin layer off the sacrificial table.

@tomtendo I expect because you had D0 and H1 in your M563 command, which don't exist, it was causing an error and not being processed. Also the R0 S0 in your M568 command refers to temperature. You can use M568 F parameter for spindle speed, see https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m568-set-tool-settings
