I used hair-spray and it helped, but I am so glad I haven't seen any cracking or warping issues, and the best part is parts seem to be 100% accurate, a 20x20 cube comes out at exactly 20x20.
That FilamentOne place was fast as hell to get it out to me, ordered Saturday, got it Monday!

I have suspicions it's made by Filimentium, same reel design, and the company used to sell that brand.

Going to re-print my cooling duct since the one I have now is a rough mess- $9 glow in the dark ABS on ebay gets you $9 quality.

I hope that the belt is straight between the idler and the motor pulley where it's clamped. The rest of the belt path doesn't matter, but if the belt has to deflect to go to the part where it clamps to the moving part, then you will have inaccuracies due to parallax that get worse the closer to the motor end that you get.

EDIT: If the 20T pulleys is how it came initially, then that's probably perfect.

So I did the tests, need to take some pics still, but;

1.8 16x interpolation- good results some minor banding when shining light above it- naked eye it looks great.
1.8 32X no interpolation- OK results, fares worse than 16X, looks like a normal ramps board printed it.
.9 16X interpolation- best results so far, only slightly better than 16X 1.8.

I will say with the .9 stepper cranked to 1.4A (max 1.7) it gets pretty noisy on the retract/prime, but 1A exhibits skipped steps.

currently adjusting steps/mm It seems like it extrudes just a tiny bit more when simply doubling the stepps/mm

@wyvern I have mine in a macro that gets called from the end of config.g. I do the same for the start and end of a print, which each get their own tune.

Finally ordered a stepper, I went with the compact E3D.
I am going to be dismantling half the printer for Z axis and bed upgrades anyway.

Maybe next I will switch to all .9 as I focus on details over speed.

Unlikely, because of the low screen resolution and limited memory. But if you get something wrong in config.g that stops the WiFi working, you can use the keyboard on the Console page to send the commands needed to get WiFi working again.

Appears it has fixed it, done a few prints, currently have a deceivingly long print wrapping up- only 144gr but takes up the entire bed, 23hrs in 1.5 to go and no LaErrors.

looking waaaaaay better than my 1.4 MKS, it had issues with this print as it is a retraction and geometry nightmare- steppers and drivers are barely warm, however I did install heat sinks just because I had them.

Now to build in a web-cam and filiment runout switch, possibly a optical bed level sensor, but I'm new to configuring such a setup, I have a Anycubic delta with a microswitch probe, it works, but that stupid machine will have a stroke and either slam into the bed or print into the air randomly after reboots and require the whole process again.
