Intermittent switch or wiring ? I have experienced that before where there was an intermittent and very short interruption in the signal. The printer sees it and by the time you get to it the signal is back to normal.
I learned something this weekend, I'm not a machinist! 😆 Although I gave it a valiant effort I wasn't able to create the new side support bars for my bed out of the 1.5" x 3/8" 6061-T6511 aluminum bar. Although I had a vice on my drill press I was not able to get the holes for the lead screws and guide rods centered and square to each other on the bars. I've contacted a local machine shop and they should have them made for me in a week or two. I may put a small milling or CNC machine on my wish list for the future.
Found it! I had the Z probe pins crossed at one of the interconnects, just goes to show that I shouldn't wire things late at night. 🙂 I have multiple JST connections at each end so I can quickly and easily swap probes if I want to as I have an inductive, mini IR, and BLTouch. Too many connections and color changes when I'm tired...
Well I ordered a pair of 670mm 8mm T8x2 Lead Screw Trapezoidal ACME w/ Small Delrin Anti-Backlash Nut kit from ZYLTech. The parts were significantly less expensive from
aliexpress but once you add the shipping cost it came out fairly even although I'm only ordering two they have it in stock and I ordered it second day air.
A Hypercube is just one specific printer design that uses the CoreXY kinematics/belt layout. There are many others such as:
-Voron
-V-King
-D-Bot
-V-Core
-RailCore II
-Hypercube Evolution
-Many other lesser known printers
