@pcr yes it's a option... but I was wondering about the limitations of the toolboard

Toolboard 1lc v1.2 will support 2×65w heaters?
Hello everyone.
I have a mosquito magnum+ and I am wondering if it is possible to change the heaters ( slice engineering 2 × 50w) with 2× 65w E3D high temperature heaters.
I know that I will be just over 5A.
There is any margin up to 5.5A?
Ps. I am running 30v -
RE: Faulty Toolboard 1LC v1.1?
@t3p3tony thank you. I bought a replacement and nothing else was damaged.

RE: Faulty Toolboard 1LC v1.1?
@t3p3tony ive printed a vase for 4 hours. Then i done some cleaning and weekly maintenance of the printer. I started the printer and tried to home all and the BlTouch extended the pin but no Z homing.
Flir one doesn't like close images and it's not possible to align the image correctly.
I noticed that spot on the driver and I didn't believe that could be damaged. My bad.
There is no way to save this board. Correct? -
RE: Faulty Toolboard 1LC v1.1?
@t3p3tony I've used the board for around 500 hours of printing without any hardware change. It was perfect. And the printer was going up to 450mm/s.
It didn't had any possible short 5v/30v to the ground
the printer head is not conductive and I've used the plastic washers. Something weird happened. -

@t3p3tony
thank you for the reply
I unplugged everything and still same problem -
Faulty Toolboard 1LC v1.1?
Re: Faulty Toolboard 1LC V1.1?
Hi.
I've updated my printer to RepRapFirmware for Duet 3 MB6HC version 3.4.0beta6
everything worked perfect up to one point when I didn't have any readings from extruder thermistor and the BlTouch didn't deploy anymore. I used my Flir camera and i noticed that there is a 100degrees Celsius hot spot on the tool board.
there is anything that I can do?image url)

RE: InputShaping-Plugin-0.2.0-pre5 released
@mfs12 hi!
I've tested the plugin and its working nice.
can I suggest to have a automatic ringing test going trough the range 15-150 HZ with the option of changing in between NONE, ZVD, ZVDD EI2, EI3, minimum acceleration and the damping factor.
Thank you -
RE: Extrusion "blips" from input shaping
@skrotz I have a similar problem.
With imput shaper " none" and PA 0.04 I get cube with perfect corners.
Any other input shaper I get artifacts just before the corner like a under extrusion ( a 5-10mm concave surface) and at the most pointy area it is looking like over extrusion. -
RE: Accelerometer data interpretation
@dc42 Thank you for your reply.
I've tried 41HZ without a significant success.
After a couple of ringhing towers I found that indeed "ei3" it's doing the best cancellation at 28HZ.
I hope that in the future if it's possible..... to have implemented a automatic axis tuning similar like the Teknic Clearpath.
Thank you again for your help. -

@sebkritikel
Thank you! I will try to implement your recommendations

RE: Accelerometer data interpretation
@dc42 Hello
After using the bellow commands I get those results:
There is any chance that the accelerometer data can be interpreted in a way that can be implemented with input shaping considering that X and Y ring in a total different way?
I am running RRF 3.4 Beta2 on a Duet 3 MB6HC and 1LC V1.1 . The printer axis are Cartesian and quite heavy ( Stratasys FDM 2000 ) but extremely rigid.
Thank you.

Duet3 External Driver Expansion Board 3XD it will be a reality?
Hi, I have a heavy modified Stratasys Fdm 2000 I use Duet3 6HC main board and it's working beautifully. But I want to swap my X,Y,Z stepper motors with integrated servo motors ( Teknic Clearpath ) due to quite powerful noise for a long print during late hours ( X and Y have 4.6A stepper motors).
I would appreciate if will be developed a external driver expansion board with 3 channels with step and direction output for Duet3 6HC.
Thank you -

Duet 2 WiFi fried?
i was wiring the part cooling fan and i wire get loose and hit something on the PCB.
The BL touch start like I've just powered the printer. The WiFi connection disappear, on the Panel due 7i i have "Connecting "... but nothing happen. I've connected the board to PC via USB ... no port it's working. The SD card it's working fine.
The Main processor it' getting quite hot and all the end-stop red led are on.
I've tried to erase the board, remove everything without success. Any ideas?
