@Sculpt-Fabricator We figured it out. one of the corners was out just enough that even though
the probe was working it wasn't probing when it thought it should be. We did a manual calibration and now
working fine.

Error - Probe was not triggered
Duet 2 Wifi Duex 5 ver 3.4.1
Everything has been working fine for months, until we lost power last night.
Now when we try to run a Tilt Bed Calibration or a Bed Mesh, we get an
Error- Probe was not triggered during probing move, but watching it, the probe is deploying and working.
Any suggestions ? Thanks -
RE: Automatic Emergency Stop
Found the problem, the Modix crash detector is a magnetic sensor and when
triggered it sends the same Emergency Stop that we were getting mid print. Even the one 20 min into the print. My guess is a faulty crash sensor, running
like normal now that it is temp. bypassed. -

I ran the tests from the documentation, It all seems to be fine -M39 SD card in slot 0: capacity 7.95Gb, partition size 7.94Gb, free space 7.82Gb, speed 20.00MBytes/sec, cluster size 64kb```

The SD card was really full we deleted everything out of it. I will look into
that more -

Automatic Emergency Stop
Duet WiFi + DueX5 3.3.0
Printer has been running for weeks with no issues. We started a new print and shortly after starting the print we get,Emergency stop, attemping to reconnect...
and then
Cancelled printing file 0:/gcodes/trunk arm slots.gcode, print time was 0h 13m
Emergency Stop! Reset the controller to continue. We tried printing a previous print to make sure it wasn't slicer related but got the same results.
We are getting no faults or warnings, and we do not have any other emergency stop buttons connected. we just have the one on the duet touch screen.any help would be much appreciated, thank you
-
RE: Connection lost, attempting to reconnect
@phaedrux we actually followed the
Fallback procedure #1 and got it back up and running again, thank you for your help -
RE: Connection lost, attempting to reconnect
@phaedrux we did get in and ran a M122, which comes back stuck in spinloop?
-
RE: Connection lost, attempting to reconnect
@phaedrux The lights look good
when connecting to the device we get
USB serial device (com4)
is this considered unknown device? -
RE: Connection lost, attempting to reconnect
@sculpt-fabricator said in Connection lost, attempting to reconnect:
Everything has been working fine with our printer, we just changed out our extruder and noticed it was retracting when it should be extruding, made the change in the g code, the printer shut down like normal and restarted, but now just reads connecting on the Duet screen and the dashboard just reads connection lost, attempting to reconnect.
Printer is a Modex big 60
We are running Duet wifi and Duex 5 with the latest updates but cannot retrieve any info to give you exact versionsAny thoughts on what to try, besides turning off and unplugging power?
Thank you
We tried M552 S1 on the PanelDue but get no response on the screen, we also noticed when we click on the SD card icon, it doesn't show anything on the card, but if we bring the card over to the computer we can verify everything is still on the card. this would be the sd card from the duet wifi board
