@droftarts oh man, why I have not thought of it myself, I have now taught the SD card, there were many files on it, as it looks it works now for now. I'll test this further tonight and let you know.

Upload Error
Hey, I'm having a really weird error with my Duet Wifi board.
When I want to upload larger files from Prusa slicer, I get a connection error and the upload stops.
I also have the printer equipped with a relay that can turn it on and off.
As soon as the connection is cut, the printer switches itself off, so sends a M81.I have 4 printers with the same boards and the same firmware only with this printer it does not work....
I have also changed the firmware to a newer and an older one, the error remains, even with a different PrusaSlicer version.
Firmware is Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.2.2 (2021-02-11)
Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.23i hope someone can help me, i use the printers professionally and just can't work like this.

RE: Printing Problems
@cosmowave i found the issue, somehow and i dont know why, it is a cooling issue, i think because of layertime ect.
But thanks for ur help. im glad that it is only that. -
RE: Printing Problems
@cosmowave No thats some really easy parts, expacially on that height, they are only some shafts.
-
RE: Printing Problems
@cosmowave ok that could be.
First i will try an other slicer, than i will test it with my other printers. But they all build exactly the same, and the power off the bed should be the same. no matter how many parts i have on the bed.
Thats why im so confused.

RE: Printing Problems
@cosmowave
not that was just a bad example, but it is allways a very low layer.
never at the top. -
RE: Printing Problems
@cosmowave I use superslicer, and no i didnt tryed an other slicer.
Im running 3 printers and the moment.
All Vorons and for all im slicing with SuperSlicer, but only on printer does have this fault.
But i could try it. -
Printing Problems
Hello, I have a problem with my printer which I can not classify, so I thought I just ask here if anyone has seen the problem by chance before.
I have a Voron V2 with eig well-built mechanics. The problem is this, when I want to print a lot of parts at once, the printer spins a little.
It extrudes way too much material on the 20-30 layer causing a line in the print parts.
But it only does this when I print more than 5 parts, before that everything is great.
I wonder if it is the software of the printer or if it is a different problem.
Unfortunately I am not sure. -
Problem after Update
Hey,
Im jsut building another Voron V2 and i wanted to use the same Firmware Setup as in my other Printers.
But i use RRF3.2.2 on my new Build and it seems that something changed because my steppers wont work.I connectes them the same way as on my old printer.
All it does is making some noise. To check the cables i connected one Stepper to my other printer and there it works.....
Can it be that something changed from RRF3 to 3.2.2.
And if so am i able to change the firmware to 3.0?
If it try this, i get an error message that some folders are missing...
What weard, because i updated 3.2.2 on this board via de Web InterfaceThanks alot.

RE: Print last file
Thanks, but do i have to insert the name of the file manually?
-
RE: Print last file
i start a print in the morning normally, when it's done i take it out and press a button on the printer so it prints the same gcode right back,
-
RE: Print last file
so that i dont have to go to my PC, all my printers are headless
-
RE: Print last file
yeah, but i want to do that with an external gcode button
-
Print last file
Is there a way to configure a Gcode button to print the last printed file?
I dont found anything to that toppic... -
RE: LED ON OFF Macro or Toogle
Yeah i changed the pin in the Command.
My target is it to press the button and the light will go on, and when i press the button again the light turns off.
But it does only one. depends on how i configure it.

RE: Falso on Fan Output
i pulled out the the fuse and put it back again and now it is working? WTF so much frustration without any reason
-
RE: Falso on Fan Output
yeah i thought so, but i when i measure the fuse everything seams to be ok...
-
RE: Falso on Fan Output
i Found a other solution, it seems like the Fan putputs on my duet arent getting 24v , so i put out the jumper and feat them 24V on the middle Pin directly, now the fans ware working again properly
-
RE: Falso on Fan Output
So i heard that it it possible to put the VIN from the fan on the psu and the GND on the Duex, i did that and it worked, but the fan dont want to shut of entirely, but it was controllable, what seems a little strange to me, also the fan spins a little on every fan ouput even if i dont asseign them in the config.
my solution is to put the part cooling fan on the heater 1 Output and the Cold end fan on the PSU. Can i put a fan on the heater ouput or do i damage the board with that?
