The comment says it is a NC switch, however you have used a ! at the start of the pin name, which would be correct for a NO switch.

@deckingman figured it out. you were correct. I bought a brand new E3D RapidChange Revo Voron Hotend. Its broke before even using it. swapped out for the phateus dragon setup i had and it all works now.
