cleaned the bed with 95% IPA one and then printed the first layer with 10mm/sec for 3 parts one after over.
These two steps (especially printing first layer slow) made THE difference!

your tool fans are mapped incorrectly.
Thermostatically controlled fans shouldn't be mapped to a tool using M563.
M563 P0 S"Main (0.4)" D0 H1 F1
should be
M563 P0 S"Main (0.4)" D0 H1 F0 assuming fan0 is your part cooling fan

you could do it via filement settings

create one for like
pla on buildtrack
and
pla on painters tape

add the settings in the filament config
and add
M703
to your start g code

I'm glad you found the problem!

I used a no-name Chinese PSU in my delta printer. A few weeks ago a burning smell started coming from the printer, even though the printer was still running normally. I opened up the PSU and found this:

One toroidal inductor and one resistor badly burned. The PCB was completely scorched under the inductor.

I replaced it with a Meanwell.

Yesterday evening one more Duet 3 have been ordered 🙂

BTW there is a build of RepRapFirmware for RADDS/Due. But if course it doesn't support networking.
