@edsped Did you specify an L value in your RC1 settings? If so what was it? There have not been a lot of changes to IS since RC1 so it is interesting that you are having issues.

@bulbs yes you can do that. The CAN bus always runs with 5V to the CAN transceivers regardless of what VIN voltage the board uses.

However, unless.you need the additional drivers, a 6HC 1.02 board would be simpler to configure. You could perhaps sell your older 6HC board on eBay or on this forum.
