Having big offset offset concerns with my delta, I would like to know how to make a reset or upgrade version of my DUET WIFI card.

What do you mean by reset or upgrade?
If you mean upgrading to latest stable firmware, see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware.
If you mean resetting the files on the SD card, it's generally easiest to use the online configurator at https://configurator.reprapfirmware.org/Start.
