Duet 3d wifi homing problems

First of all i have NC switches for the x axis and y axis and an induction probe for the z axis which is connected to the E0 stp pin threw a schottky diode. All of the switches are recognised by the board but when i am about to home all of the axis while the leds of x and y axis goes off and the E0 axis goes on the steppers doesn't stop. Any suggestions will be kindly accepted.
Also i have mapped z axis to y axis and y axis to z axis.Config file:

when you say "when I am about to home", do you mean you have not actually tried to home the printer? The homing switches are only used during homing moves.

I have tried multiple times to home all of the axis both individually and simultaneously but despite the fact that all of them move in the right direction when they hit the end stop switches (or come close to the induction sensor for the z axis and the led on the board goes off for the x and y axis and on for z the motors doesn't stop which forces me to execute the emergency stop function.

Please test your X and Y endstops as described at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_endstop_switches#Section_Test_endstop_switches and test the Z probe as described at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe.

I have tested and calibrated the x and y end stop switches and despite the fact that they work as decribed in the link when i excecute the homing function despite the fact that the switches are touched and there is a change in the board leds the stepper motors doesn’t stop so i can’t calibrate the induction sensor i have for the z axis

@argiros-apostolos, is it just Z homing that doesn't work? Or are X and Y homing failing too?

All of the x y and z axis fail to home

I suggest you start by trying individual homing moves. For example, if you send G91 followed by G1 S1 X-250 F600 then the head should move towards the X axis minimum at 10mm/sec, stopping when you trigger the endstop switch.

I have tried that and again it doesn't stop when the switch is triggered.

Also i have updated my duet wifi firmaware to version 1.21 and now when i just try to move an axis this message appears:

I have changed some of my connections and now i can successfully home my x and y axis but not the z axis (again i have the problem of the motor not stopping despite the fact that the led on the induction sensor is light up) (and the induction probe for the z axis is connected to the E0 stp pin threw a schottky diode).
