M591 query

in the docs at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode#Section_M591_Configure_filament_sensing :
- Enn minimum extrusion length before a commanded/measured comparison is done, default 3mm
is that 3mm of full 1.75mm filament going past the filament monitor, or 3mm of extrusion as in 'printing at 30mm/second'?

3mm of extrusion commanded in G1 commands with an E parameter (which equates to 3mm going past the filament monitor if everything is working).

Wait… actual sensing of the filament is finally supported??? Now that gets me excited! Time to rush around and find out how to get that going!

this is if you have a filament monitor - there are a few different versions designed or in beta test, no clear winner as yet…
