Hey,
I have duet3 MB6HC.
I get very often a "slow down poll rate" warning. What does it means?@Phaedrux @jay_s_uk @droftarts

Are you running a custom firmware?

I can't find that message anywhere in the current RRF code base. Where exactly are you getting the message? It looks like you may have some sort of display attached are you seeing it there? Can you post a screenshot of the actual message.
-
@R006 what is the exact message, and are you seeing the message just on an attached PanelDue? There is a message along the lines of "reducing polling rate" produced by PanelDueFirmware.
-
@Phaedrux
yes it is -
after that print paused automatically.
-
@R006 yes that's the PanelDue detecting that it's getting delayed responses from the main board and slowing down its poll rate to reduce the load on the main board. So something is keeping the main board very busy. One possibility is that you have set microstepping too high.

@dc42
Okay,
but why print is paused after that information?microsteps M350 X8 Y8 Z16 E16:16 I1
