Duet3 6HC USB connection doesn't work

Hello everybody,
i followed the procedure to connect my Duet3 6HC to my PC (Win10) via USB port and i installed the drivers from here
This is the situation:
-the DIAG/STATUS LED flashes steadily, about half a second off and half a second on;
-the 3.3V led is green and the 5V led is red;
-the board is not seen by "device manager".The board is completely unrensposive, shall i erase the firmware ?

@Salvatore I wouldn't erase the firmware as long as the board isn't detected! It should show up as a standard USB port or at least as an unknown USB device if anything isn't right.
Try out a few different microSD cables, unfortunately some charge-only USB cables nowadays lack the data wires required for USB communication.

If you have a USB hub, you can also try to connect the Duet through that.

@Salvatore if it's a version 1.02 6HC board then the host PC or hub needs to supply 5V power, or else the Duet won't turn on the USB port. So it it's connected to the type of hub that allows power to be switched to each port, make sure the power switch is on.
