Those are the instructions for setting up a Duet 0.6 in the (now discontinued) RepRapPro Ormerod, Huxley Due and Mendel 3 printers. They are somewhat out of date, but there is still a lot of good information in them.
It was through buying a RepRapPro Ormerod kit that I first got involved with the Duet.
