PanelDue numerical pad for entering settings values

When setting heater temps, fan speeds, etc. it would be nice to have a numerical pad to type in the desired value rather than +/- increments of 1 or 5.

I realize I could create a macro or use DWC but this seems like a basic feature that would be relatively easy to implement. At least another set of buttons for +/- 25.

An option for entering coordinates for axis moves would be nice too.

@wwak84 Also add some letters (G, M, T, ...) to the keyboard and allow tweaking config settings
