But i 'd like to know the shipping time to Spain (normal /urgent)

We aim to ship all orders received the following working day (Working Days are Mon-Fri).
If you choose Royal Mall, their “Delivery Aim” is within 3 to 5 working days. It may take longer depending on the postal service they hand over to in Spain (we have recently have had a couple of orders take a week due to Spanish post).
If you choose courier DHL provides a fully tracked service with delivery times as little as one day to Europe by Express. Delivery times vary based on destination and service level:

i have ordered Panel Due 16/10/2017…. Its supposed in 24/48h i must have the product.... but now... i don have it, and i can't see the tracking info....or has no departure.

Hi, we emailed you 2 days ago, did the email go into your spam? I will forward the email again, basically an update on the website disabled charging VAT for a day when your order came in, so we need to charge the VAT on your order.

I wish i knew this before ordering next day. It does not say sent next day on the delivery info. Just says aim for next day.
If i knew it would be sent next day and not the day i ordered i would of reconciderd paying for next day delivery. I waited in all day today for my new motherboard. Just to now get an email saying it was sent today.
