Skipping grid point

So i am trying to level the bed on the old Troodon now that the guys here have helped me sort the issues Vivendon put in their cura profile
anyway i get this from a G29

Send: G29 X400 Y400
Recv: Warning: Skipping grid point (15.0, 15.0) because Z probe cannot reach it

I have edited my config to define the bed mesh as 400, 400, 500 and the BLtouch mesh to 385 ,385.
Tell ya what, this reprap is a lot better but a big learning curve from marlin.

What are the X and Y offsets of your Z probe.

You have to define a grid before using G29.
Your X400 Y400 parameters are invalid. Same about the 400, 400, 500
