Email integration

Hi,
It might be interesting to add the integration with email. In two ways I can think of: that an email will be sent when events will pass (change of layer, some error, no filament, state of the print,....) and that I could make orders (gcodes with established format) when I received an email.. I find this difficult and unutilitarian

@peirof this sort of functionality is what a DSF plugin running on the SBC could be written for. Sending email (or any other form of internet connected notification) from RepRapFirmware directly is not something we are planning on supporting.
