duet 2 wifi problem with connection

Hi, we can't connect board by usb and by wifi. Leds is on, but port com is unseen.

@Hobby-Store try a different USB cable. I think the Duet is quite fussy and I find only half of my USB cables work with it.

Duet 3 is quite fussy about USB cables when programming with Bossa, but otherwise Duets are not fussy about the USB cable. I think the real problem is that a lot of micro USB cables are intended for powering or charging devices only, so they contain the two power wires but not the two data wires.
