Fans don't turn on/work

I am using a Creality Ender 3.
Here is a better picture for you to see the fan mosfets.

They look ok in that image.
It's possible that you've blown the fan fuse. It's located next to the fan ports and has a number 1 on the top of it. You will probably have to remove it and check it with a multimeter for continuity to check if it's blown or not if you can't immediately tell visually.

Any tips on how to go about removing the fuse?
-
Ideally with a fuse puller, but pliers and firm wiggling should do it.
-
pull it straight up?
or print a fuse puller (mini auto/blade fuse)

So after testing the fuse we concluded that it is a dead fuse. I don't have any other 1 amp fuses laying around. I do however have a 2 amp fuse. Would it be ok to run a 2 amp fuse or would I be at risk damaging the board and or the fans?
-
You can use a 2A fuse if you have one handy. It will just take longer to blow and risk more damage. 1A fuses can usually be found in automotive or motorcycle shops more commonly.

Hey thanks for all the help. Question do you have any recommendations for where I could buy a replacement 1 amp mini blade fuse? Considering it is kind of hard for me to find them locally.
-
If you can find 1A blade fuse that is larger it is possible to trim the legs and make it fit the mini fuse holder. Doesn't look great but works. (will see if I can add a picture tomorow)
Most electronics suppliers online will have the fuses, as well as amazon, ebay and the usual range of chinese sites.

Try eBay.
