duet 3 wiring for fans

I need help with wiring duet 3.
I need 5v for hotend fan, 12v for fan case and 24v for print cooling.
I have the Mainboard as it arrived, I have not changed the jumpers.
I have 12v on out4-out6 and 24v on out7-out9.
The out4-out6 outputs are always on even though I have only configured the out4 and I cannot control the fan, always at maximum.
So I need 5v but seems i can't have it, the fan is really small (25x25x7 mm), I need to control the fans on out4-out6 but I don't know how and last I need 24v for stripeled (I can use one out for fans example out9?)

you will have to follow the Using 12V fans when VIN is 24V guide for the Duet 2 but instead of providing a 12v source you'll need to provide a 5v source. (or try to get a 12v fan instead ofc)

5v has the added disadvantage that shorting it to a higher voltage accidentally can fry your board. If possible you should try to standardize your fans to either 12v or 24v. 12v fans are far more plentiful.

Any idea why all out4 to out6 are always on at 100%?

I looked for a fan with the same dimensions and characteristics at 12v but it is not found.

its better to use a buck regulator with a fuse; but you can use any 5v pin as all the switching is done on the low side.

Here's a 12V one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162370304820. Lots more if you search for "2507 fan 12v".

Regarding out4 to out6, a 2 wire fan has to be connected between the VOUTLCn (+ve) and OUTn (-ve) pins of the fan connector.

out4-out is always on (output 12v on VOUTLCn (+ve) always on out not configured in the config.g).
I wired the fan as you indicated.

This "2507 fan 12v" help me!!! bought some fans but now I have to solve the problem on out4-out6.
I unplugged everything and only gave power and continue to give 12v on all ports, even if not configured.

@Gio PWM switches the negative side of the fans so the positive side will always show the selected fan voltage.
