Are macros write only or can they read into a variable within the macro to be reused further down the macro.
I'd like to test if I'm currently using tool 1 and if so carry out a specific operation but only if on tool 1 and not if tool 0

There is no conditional gcode execution facility in RRF yet.

It's an old thread but exactly what I'm after.
Any plan on implementing conditional gcode?
