The effector PCB is fully populated and tested. You just need to mount the ball studs and hot end on it.

That's not up to me, but it's not planned. What are your reasons for wanting the rods without the ball studs, given that the effector and carriages are designed to suit the ball studs?

It's not designed for that. IMO a standard Titan would be too heavy for a delta anyway, it weighs about 260g. If you want to use a direct drive extruder on a delta, you need one with much smaller motor.

IMHO the best solution is the Zesty Nimble (27 grammes on the effector instead of over 200) the motor is remote mounted on the frame somewhere and transmits its power thru a cable/sleeve system pretty much like an older car Speedo drive cable using the correct adapter from either Shapeways or Thingiverse You can see photos of the set up on a previous page but i have posted some better ones here.

Or the flex3drive (in the interests of fairness). Which does the same thing.
Both of these options are IMO much better for a delta than a direct extruder, even a titan with 20mm motor (which works really well) is around 230g which is a lot to add to your effector. These are much better than using bowden tubes albeit a well tuned bowden with pressure advance and as short a tube as possible (flying extruder setup for example) can be quite successful.
I have an aluminium effector currently with flex3drive and e3d v6, and its total mass is 250g, it would be twice the mass with a direct titan, even with a minimal motor. I am looking forward to trying the PCB effector, which should be even lighter. If you truly never want to print at speed then the added mass is not really a problem, but then why opt for a delta unless you want to maximise one of its key attributes - lightweight printhead, enabling accuracy at speed?
There is another option and that is a lightweight adaptor which is the shape/size of a nema 17 but is driven by a drive cable, so you can reduce the mass of your titan extruder's motor to a lot less than it currently weighs. This enables you to mount a titan on an effector with less mass than with a motor attached but you would need to come up with a mounting option to attach it to the pcb effector.

Bear in mind that to use the Nimble with the production effector, you will need a different adaptor compared to the prototype that Doug used. The new heatsink doesn't come with the threaded collar that the old one did, instead there is a shorter threaded section and a M12 fine pitch half nut and washer. OTOH the effector now has 3 additional 2.9mm holes at 120 degree intervals on a 17mm radius.

I am assuming that the kit will be available at Filastruder here in the US?
If so, will there be a large lag in availability? -
The PCB Effector with Nimble and mounting adaptor plus custom E3D V6 comes in at 159 grammes.
Don't know how the Flex would fit TBH the mounting for the custom heatsink is 3x M3 holes on a 18mm PCD which would be tight.
Right time to go put it back on the printer

Not including the collet, it's close to 7.5mm.
EDIT: I just checked the heatsink drawing and it's 8mm from the PCB centering step to the top. Allowing for the 1.6mm PCB thickness, that should leave 7.4mm from the top of the PCB. The top of the half nut is approximately flush with the top of the heatsink.

OK, that will work.
Then I can clamp the adapter on top of that and lock the PTFE tube in, without need for the collet.
