Rotary axis without homing
-
I have an A-axis that want to use as rotary-axis. The A-axis is working without homing by using M564 command. Is there a way to disable the homing requirement besides using M564?

@docdiegoc you may be able to use
M92G92 to set it at a defined 0 position. For exampleM92G92 Z0 would tell the system that the z axis is at 0 and therefore for all intents and purposes homed. -
I think you mean G92 Z0 (or G92 A0 for a rotary A-axis).

I should probably stop posting when on cold meds.

While posting on cold meds it's a bad idea, the G92 command did the trick. Thank you fellow Duet riders!
