Bltouch help

I can not run my bltouch. It's been two weeks now that I have this duet card and I can not print because the bltouch can not finish the autoclibration. I can not understand why and I do not know what to do.
Can someone help me? -

I have the classic version of 2017. It seems that duet 2.01 does not work in M558 P9 with this version.
The information about the 32bit card seems to be a bit outdated.
-
This is my problem with the bltouch?
The duet card must receive 3.3V? So I have to solder a resistance of 240 between the GND and the Z-probe to finally run the auto-calibration?https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/bltouch-auto-bed-leveling-sensor-for-3d-printers#/
-
@rafb yes that is likely the case.

I tested 2.01 and M558 P9 with BLTouch. I have the version with a trace to cut for 3.3V output.

I added the resistance of 240 ohm. Until the date is not dead!
If you need more information do not hesitate I will give them to you.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nqy6KBnejDo

So the problem is that sometimes the bltouch is reported already triggered at the start of the probing move. Possible reasons for this include:
- Bad connection between the white wire and the Duet
- The pin is a little sticky and sometimes the probe deploys too slowly. Try adding a short delay before probing by using the R parameter in the M558 command.
- The dive height is too low so the probe really is triggered at the start of probing. Try increasing the dive height by 2mm.
-
Hello,
Once again, thank you for your assistance.
So I applied all your advice but kidney did not debug this problem of Bltouch Classic. I finally order the BLtouch Smart V2 which I hope will allow me to finally print.
A +
-
@rafb for what it's worth problems with early versions of the BLTouch classic are very common. The newer version is much improved. Please let us know if it works out for you.
-
Hello,
back from vacation, I just set up the new bltouch. It works perfectly!I still have a problem, why and how to optimize the flatness of my bed?
-
What is your printing surface and bed construction?
-
it's glass
-
That height map would indicate a possible mechanical problem. Perhaps something is misaligned or bent.
How fast are you probing?
-
No, I do not think I have a mechanical problem.
Look at this bug when I run "auto delta calibration" I have this result.
But when I do "run mesh grid compensation", j'ai ce résultat.

@rafb and how are you deploying and retracting in your bed.g? Are you manually calling it in your homing files or letting g30 handle it?
