[3.5.0-beta.3] Duet2-wifi + Duex5

I wanted to inform you that I have tested version 3.5.0-beta.3 on my Duet2 Wifi electronic board and have encountered an error when turning on the printer. The error message reads "Event notification: Driver 5 error: shutdown due to overheating, phase A short to ground, phase B short to ground."
It's worth noting that this driver is not in use or configured, but it has been found to be damaged due to a short circuit, yet it still generates the error message constantly, which is both annoying and blocks the Duet panel messages. The only way to solve it is by clicking the "close" button on the web interface. I don't recall this happening in previous versions.

Yes if the driver is damaged, disable it.
