Duet 1LC IO ports volt tolerate
-
I'm building a new Voron 2.4 printer with Duet 3 6HC and 1LC toolboard.
To optimize the available IO ports on 1LC, I need some information.
Is it possible to connect the inductive probe (Omron TL-Q5 NPN ) powered at 24v to the IO_3in footport of a 1LC v1.3 board?
How many voltage does the IO_3 footport tolerate?
Thank you. -

Thank you.As specified at https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_3_family/Duet_3_Toolboard_1LC#operating-limits the io3_in port is rated to 30V. You can connect the NPN output probe to it directly.

@dc42 Thank you very much,
I only looked in the "Description of Connections" section, and it wasn't specified there, it is correctly written in the "Operating limits" section. My mistake... -
