Pwm fan without function

Hi, I have the problem that the fans on Fan0 and Fan 1 no longer do what they are supposed to do. I had to disassemble the hotend and assemble it after that they didn't run anymore. I've tested the following so far:
the fans and wiring are ok,
if I connect a fan directly to Fan 0 or Fan 1, nothing happens. By heating Or command M106 S127

The fans are configured as follows:
M106 P0 S0 I0 F500 H-1
M106 P1 S1 I0 F500 H1 T45

Firmware from Duet2wifi:
1.21 (2018-03-21)

@flipps maybe the 1amp fuse has blown? (depending on what board version you have).

Can you post a high res photo of the area around the fan connections and confirm the board revision?

The photos don't show any visible damage, but you can test the mosfets with a multimeter.

@flipps does each fan spin when you connect it to the always-on fan output instead of to the Fan0 or Fan1 output?
