Duet 2 Wifi heat till 195 dagrees then nothing
-
@Stephen6309 I make a PID tuning. I write
"M303 H1 S240". At 198 dagrees it says "Auto tune cancelled because target temperature was not reached"
In your Link they say i must write "M303 T0 S205" but it says "Heater 1 tuning failed"
I dont know what i should do.
I make a PID tuning at 190 dagrees. And I saved it. After that I try to heat on 205 but it says "heating fault on heater 1, temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 1.0°c/sec"

@robiiinx Is is actually getting 24v and the heater has the correct resistance for 24v.
Using T0 for the pid, takes the parts cooling fan into acount for heating and H1 is the heater for T0.
Typical heater resistance;
12V 20W -> ~ 7.2 Ω
12V 30W -> ~ 4.8 Ω
12V 40W -> ~ 3.6 Ω
24V 20W -> ~ 28.8 Ω
24V 30W -> ~ 19.2 Ω
24V 40W -> ~ 14.4 Ω -
@Stephen6309 Where i have to write that on my config.g?
-
@robiiinx Write what? Those resistances are used with a multimeter to verify the that heater core is what it says it is.
-
@Stephen6309 it says 14,4 Ω
-
@robiiinx Check the voltage when the heater is on, it should be 24v. Otherwise, I don't know what's going on.
-
@robiiinx what type of hot end is it? If it's an E3Dv6 or similar, check that there is a gap between the heater block and the heatsink.
-
@dc42 its an e3dv6 clone from „3DFreunde“
-
Photo of the hotend?

Also you may check that the fan you are using for you heatsink isn't blowing to hard, I was having that problem with my dual head setup. Slowed the fan down and then redid the pid tunning and now both heads work fine.
