Issue after updating Duet 3 to RRF3.3
-
Hello, I updated my Duet 3 to RRF 3.3 from SBC terminal with command:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade duetsoftwareframework
And after that my Duet web server looks like this:
It worked in the previous firmware, but now I cannot even control my motors. I tried to reset the board to the factory settings from the server and also tried to reconfigure my setup from RRF Config tool. How do I fix this? -
Try running the following code and report any warnings or responses:
M98 P"config.g"
Also please post your config.g and the response to to an M122 command.

What do you mean by this?
What firmware version were you running before?

@phaedrux
I clicked on Revert to factory defaults from General tabFirmware version i was running was the stock one from 2019 when I bought the board (I didn't manage to get what exact version that was)
Running
M98 P"config.g"
Did nothing to me.
After running
M122
I've got this error message:
Warning: Incompatible firmware, please upgrade as soon as possible

@dkkovalev You're running an outdated firmware version. Please try to send
M997
from the web interface to update the firmware (either at the top or on the Console page). The "Revert to factory defaults" link is only applicable to DWC. -
@chrishamm
M997 returns Error: M997: No boards have been detected to me -
@dkkovalev In that case your board firmware version is probably too old (< 3.2-b4). Please send
M999 P"ERASE"
and check out this guide to install the latest firmware via USB. -
@chrishamm
Thanks, it worked! -
Now I have a strange issue with my BLTouch. It keeps deploying and retracting after any error
-
@dkkovalev please start a new thread for that issue.
