Hello my duet don't see the toolboard, I have check four time the connection and all is ok, the resistor is good and I check the continuiti between the RJ11 plug and the toolboard.

Can you help me please?

@auré is the red status light on the tool board flashing slowly in sync with the one on the main board? Or flashing quickly? Or not flashing at all?

The red status light on the Mainboard flash slowly and on toolboard quickly

@auré in that case it doesn't have CAN sync. Verify this by sending M115 B121 to see whether you get a timeout message. If so, then most likely you have a bad CAN cable, or you have CAN_L and CAN_H swapped between the ends.

Yep I have already use this command

Note that you can also fail to get CAN sync if you have mismatched firmware versions on the main board and tool board; but if the only problem is mismatched firmware versions then most commands will still work including M115 B121.

For test I change the can l and can H and now the led red statut flash slowly and I send M115 B121 and I'm really sorry I was sure of me
