@sotidii if you have purchased the SAMMC21 with the Duet3D bootloader pore-installed, then you can just connect it to your CAN bus and install firmware file Duet3Firmware-SAMMYC21.bin from the RRF 3.3RC2 release. You will need to provide power to the SAMMYC21 through its USB connector.

It's recommended to put the Z-probe on the same board as the Z-motor(s). A CAN bus between motors and probe would cause delay.

Yes, it's possible. See the pin table at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Using_the_Sammy-C21_development_board_with_Duet_3#Section_Features_of_the_standard_firmware_binary. Pick a pin capable of PWM output for the servo control wire, and a pin capable of digital input for the input pin.
