Installing Trianglelab filament sensor
-
I'm installing this Trianglelab filament sensor on my Duet2 Wifi
I'm connecting it to E0 so it think the line of code in config.g should beM591 D0 P1 C3 S1
Does that look correct & where is the best place to put it in the Config.g, is it in the "; Miscellaneous" section

It appears that your config is for firmware v3.
The command looks like v2 syntax.

@fcwilt thankyou you are right, so it should be this?
M591 D0 P1 C"e0_stop" S1But where do i add it in the config.g file is it in the Miscellaneous section? eg
; Miscellaneous
M575 P1 S1 B57600 ; enable support for PanelDue
M591 D0 P1 C"e0_stop" S1 ; filament monitor connected to E0_stop
T0 ; select first tool -
That looks correct assuming you're using the e0stop. it doesn't matter where it gets added, but that seems like a logical place to put it.

Thats great i'll give that a try, just asnt sure if there was an order in the code that meant it had to be a specific place
