Duet Ethernet cannot read file stopped printing
-
Today I was printing on my Duet Ethernet and it stopped printing. Just paused in place. I pressed the console button on the paneldue and it said error cannot read file (see attached), First time I have had a problem printing with this one but admittedly don't have as much printing on it as I do my Duet wifi. I caught it and shut it off about 1 min after it paused. I know the duet ethernet was still responding to commands as I was able to home the delta. I'm thinking maybe my SD card is corrupt? I have printed this file off the card before successfully. The other day I did have a weird startup. Started it up then tried to load up the web page. It didn't load properly (formatting weird) and the duet rebooted. I'll try a new card. Is there anything else that would cause this? Anything I could do that would be causing the card to corrupt itself?
thanks,

SD card corruption can happen if you remove the card from the Duet after starting it up, change its contents on a PC, then replace the card in the Duet and run M21 to remount the card. You may get errors reading files from the card, and if you upload or edit files then the Duet may write corrupt file allocation data to the card. This bug is fixed in version 1.18.2 and the 1.19 beta versions.
You can use disk checking tools on a PC to check the card for corruption and repair it, but you may still be left with some incomplete files.
If the card is not corrupt then I suggest you replace it.

I am running 1.18.1 but have not removed the card while it is on. I removed the card and scanned for errors on the PC and it was clean. I replaced the card and will test again and see if I have any issues. I am hoping it is just a flakey card.
