These problems started when i switched from ASA to PLA, no idea what it could be.
-
Would you be able to host the full gcode file on dropbox or google drive or something to share it?
-
-
It seems to be retalet more to object height, since when making it shorter and then printing it has no problems.
-
Definitely height, any idea why?

Yes. What firmware and DWC versions are you using?
-

3.0beta12
You're using a very old beta firmware. Please update to the 3.1 final release that just came out the other day. There have been many many fixes and likely also your error.
https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases
If I recall correctly there may be some issues with updating beta 12 specifically, so you may need to place the firmware file directly on the SD card with your PC and then send the m code to update the firmware.
-
What file is it? all of them?
-
If you're running in standalone mode without a rpi, you can try to upload the main zip file through the web interface.
https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.1.0/Duet2and3Firmware-3.1.0.zip
If that does not work, then you would need to extract that file and place the bin files on the SD card and use M997 to update.

Just the Duet3Firmware_MB6HC.bin file will do initially. When you have installed that, the network connection should be reliable; then you can upload the .zip file to update the other components.

And ofc i get an error, this thing is true POS.
I would imagine that paying 260€ would get you a quality product.

The firmware you are running is more than six months old. The Ethernet interface on the SAME70 microcontroller was new to us. We were still pulling the bugs out of the vendor-supplied network stack for that interface when we shipped the first Duet 3 main boards. We released an update to fix that network issue on 2 January.
Of course, I would have preferred to have shipped the first Duet 3 boards with perfectly stable firmware on them. But this isn't always possible, especially as some bugs only come to light with specific user configurations of the firmware.

Cant update via usb or DWC, what are my options here? An exorcism?

Need more detail. What happened when you tried to update via USB?
-
Nothing, it wont connect.
The first time setup was a pain, had similar issues.
This is my 3rd duet 3 hc6 the first one didnt power on, second one was damaged in delivery so no idea if it would have worked as advertised and finaly this one i have has constant disconnects, random print stops and trying to print objects taller than 80mm ends in an CRC error.
There is something seriously wrong your quality controll or i just have bad luck.

If your PC runs Windows, when you connect the Duet to the PC via USB you should get a device showing up in Device Manager, normally under "Ports - Com & LPT" but possibly under "Unknown device". Does it? If not:
- Put a jumper across the Erase pins of the Duet
- Try a different USB cable (many USB cables sold with chargers supply power only, not data)
- Try a different USB port on the PC
-
its working for now, geting the same error as last time in YAT
M20 P/www
Begin file list
NONE
End file list
okThe files are in correct order ect, there should not be any problems.
The funny part is that a cheap controll board from china that cost me 20€ works better and is proven to be more reliable than this duet card.
