That is the correct button. What do you see in the web interface, when you look for gcode files?
-
Picture says "connecting" in the top right corner of the screen. Would suggest Duet and PanelDue aren't communicating.
-
Probably best to use the 4 wire cable and leave the 10 wire cable disconnected.
-
Is the PanelDue serial port configured in config.g?

@danal On the web interface on the PC I can see my file has been uploaded
-
@bearer I have not set the config files yet, I just connected everything out of the box as soon as I received it, Do I need to set the config.g first ?
-
Normally, a PanelDue connected to a Duet just works, because both use the same default baud rate, which is 57600. So go to the Setup page of PanelDue and check that the baud rate is 57600. Also send M575 P1 to the Duet from USB or Duet Web Control, and check that it reports the baud rate is 57600.
If the baud rates are correct, then it's usually a wiring issue. It's simplest to use the ribbon cable, but make sure you plug it into CONN_SD on the Duet, not CONN_LCD.

@dc42 will do,
Shouldn't the files uploaded from the web browser show under the print tab ? Irrespective of whether the panuel due SD card is connected ?
-
Does the panel still say "Connecting" in the top corner? It should change to "connected" or "ready" or something like that once the PanelDue and Duet boards are communicating.
-
@bearer It just keeps saying connecting, it does not change
-
You're not gonna see anything from the Duet on the PanelDue until you figure out if you've wired it wrong or its configured wrong (or possible but unlikely, something is defective)
-
@bearer okay, will go through the wiring's again and also upload the config files ...
