It's possible that an ESD event has damaged the thermistor series resistor. Please ensure your hotend metal work is grounded to the Duet ground.

I remember you from other forums, talking up the joy of deltas! You were the voice in the hubbub that convinced me to build a delta from a kit, not that we had any direct interaction, but you always had the right bit of info, and there was that awesome bed calibration calculator you had posted online...
Looking forward to having the delta doing it's thing again.
Thanks again for your quick response and helpful answers.
Support update:
Duet3D and Filastruder have excellent customer support.
I received my replacement board quickly and my printer is running again.
Filastruder packed the replacement board in with a new order and I added the Tool Distribution board for extra protection.
Thank you all.
Individually boxed for 1XDs is a fairly recent thing, it is possible they received them from Duet3D not individually boxed... but the reseller should have packaged them in a way to protect them, and/or offer to exchange. Packing PCBs between leadscrews and wood shows a lack of understanding of the product. 😕
@T3P3Tony I doublechecked, there are indeed just 32 connectors in the package. Weird, I bought the Duet from your official reseller Dold Mechatronik here in Germany and it did not seem to have been tampered with.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your offer! But while I do highly appreciate it, it does not really make sense to force you to ship a couple of these connectors to Germany. I will buy them here instead, then I will get them faster - and in exchange I will prefer to nag you quite probably with some more questions here when the printer runs with its new heart - Phaedrux knows what I am up to and the current state 😉
(In case anyone else has the same problem, Reichelt Elektronik sells them for 10 Cent a piece.)

Note to repairer for this board: check the BAT40V diodes and mosfet gate series resistors. If those are OK then replace the output mosfets for that phase.

@shiga I'd imagine people will only tell you where to buy a genuine Duet product and without knowing where you are located that's not going to be possible.
