At first I thought that it was my files, so I used the ones from Fulg (slightly modified, bed size, only one tool…), value always remain at 1000 can't get 0...
I added the I1 at the M558 P5, M401 & M402 was working values always at 0...
Removed the I1 and changed the M558 P5 to M558 P1 & M31 P25 to M31 P200, the values are now good but M401 & M402 had to be replaced by P98 Pdeployprobe.g & M98 Pretractprobe.g

Everything works, now getting ready to calibrate the BLTouch.

OK, so the good news is that the relative extrusion mode support has been merged into the Cura master branch and it therefore should be in the next release. The quirky news is that (as mentioned above), the extrusion mode will be set to absolute before any gcode script is output and the the extrusion mode will be set back to relative after the script (if relative mode has been enabled). That's how they want it to behave which does seem a bit daft but I don't feel strongly enough about this to kick up a fuss. If it turns out that it's unworkable for some reason we can undoubtedly revisit this area in the future.

There is no gcode command to do that.

You can either configure your slicer to generate Z hop, or you can configure your slicer to generate firmware retraction commands and then use M207 to configure the amount of retraction and Z hop.

how did you solve it?

Some problems with this approach:

Cyclops only comes in 1.75mm, you can't use 2.85mm filament with it
Cyclops has a very high flow resistance, owing to the two 90 degree turns in each filament path
Having a melt zone 3-4 inches long will result in an incredible amount of back pressure. Hobbed gears will slip or the filament will buckle.
You do not need 240 watts of heat for this. In even a Volcano hotend, only about 15 watts goes towards actually melting the polymer. The rest is lost to conduction to environment.
If you're trying to use a 4mm nozzle size, you need 5mm or larger filament. Otherwise you won't get good melt uniformity.

What is the end goal here? There has to be a better way to manufacture whatever it is you're looking to print aside from 4mm nozzle diameters.

Things to try:

Turn up the Y axis current. Check and possibly turn down the Y axis acceleration and max speeds.

I haven't really seen many other open source projects where you can get feedback from the lead developer within a day. And all of that while continuing work on RRF. So yeah, DC42 really deserves a break once in a while.

I will give it a try, doing my first real print at time. looking good,needs tuning. Great controller, the only sound is from the fans. Seems just as smooth as my other printer with Clearpath servos and they are as smooth as silk.

The error you have is based on the firmware believing you have a powerful heater that could reach the temperature indicated if left fully on. This might not be the case, see how you get on with the tuning.

For the second one check your tool change macros it may be you have a retract command in there that executed on tool change, but that retract won't work if the hotend is not hot enough. This is one of the reasons why I don't have retract commands in tool change macros. Instead I use the slicer tool change settings to deal with retraction.

Why not utilize the BLTouch for the leveling? Just add in your bed.g file to probe near each lead screw you want to test for, then it will adjust based on that information.

Ok. Thanks for checking in. I did manage to get it working by a neat little feature on Windows 10 called WiFi Hot Spot. Which allowed me to broadcast a 2nd wifi network from the laptop to allow the duet to connect.

This whole issue arose because my work utilizes a second logon for the guest wifi network via a web page.
